Welcome to adamoverstreet.com. I have developed this site to promote my skills as a web designer to prospective employers, friends, and fellow artists. When developing my site, I used the most current and up to date web design methods, and I have incorporated xhtml and css, javascript, php and flash and actionscripting. Coding for this website has been done by hand, rather than by WYSIWYG editors. To ensure that all my code is up to date, I had every page was validated through w3.org and met the xhtml 1.1 and css 2.1 standards. For optimum results, please use the following browsers to view my site: Firefox, Safari, Opera and Internet Explorer 7.0.

In order to accommodate all viewers, I have also included a text-resizing feature. You can increase or decrease the size of the text on each page, by clicking on either the smaller A or larger A as many times as necessary. Another unique feature on my site offers the viewer the ability to change the background. Once clicked on the smaller color swatches, the background will change, giving the page a whole new look and feel.

As a unique feature, I have also added a favicon in the browser's URL bar. For those of you who have the privilege of using Firefox, you will notice that my favicon is in fact animated.
